Drop-in dinghy club

Tuesdays, starting June 23
6:30 to 9 p.m.
Come out and try your hand at sailing. We'll be dropping the marks each night for a bit of a race for those interested.Bring your own boat or use one of our Lasers. 
This is NOT an instructed class. Depending on conditions, previous sailing experience may be required.

BYOB (bring your own boat)
$15 for the evening, please bring cash.

Society boats
$20 per person. Please bring cash.
Sign up starts at 6 p.m. first-come, first race. No reservations available.
Society boat use will be dependent on weather conditions and sailor experience.
Please bring your own PFD/lifejacket.

All participants must wear a PFD and sign a waiver. Those under 18 must have a parent sign the waiver.

COVID-19 considerations
  • Bring correct cash so we can avoid making change
  • Only 1 person per boat or 2 from same household
  • Hand sanitizer is available, please use it
  • Bring your own PFD if possible

Year-end regatta

9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Come and join us for our year-end regatta! You can bring your own boat or use one of our club boats. We will have 2 different fleets running on the same course:

  • Laser for ages 16 and over
  • Opti for youth ages 9 to 15

Cost: $30 registration fee per participant
Registration deadline: Friday, September 11, at 8 p.m.

Register: Confirm your participation by emailing the following information to wolfgang.woeste@gmail.com with a cc to yukonbreeze@gmail.com:

  • which fleet you will be participating with; and
  • whether or not you will be bringing your own boat.

Pay: at the time of registration, send your $30 registration fee to wolfgang.woeste@gmail.com via e-transfer. Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email with more regatta details, as well as an itinerary for the day.
